Ashley Robichaud Bio
2nd Vice President / BPW of Greater Moncton
My story with BPW began in 2014. I was thrilled and honoured to be elected as the Young BPW Vice-President in May 2016. The energy, positivity, and openness to connect with all the women in the room is amazing. My role as YBPW VP is to engage and increase our membership with young women ages 35 and under. I am a voting member on the Board of Directors and I help plan monthly meetings and other BPW initiatives.
I am the Business and Community Engagement Coordinator for WorkSafeNB, which involves planning and implementing Youth Safety Initiatives across the province. In my previous position with Big Brothers Big Sisters, I learned the importance of mentorship and how it impacts non-profit organizations in our community.
I am a proud member of Mount Allison University Alumni and Life Class President, where I graduated with Honours in Psychology. During my time at Mount A., I volunteered as a youth mentor in the Best Buddies Program and the Student Administrative Council as Off-Campus Councillor and Arts Senator.
In my spare time, I love the outdoors (especially hiking), yoga, spending time with my husband, my dog and cooking! Outside of my volunteer work with BPW, I am on the Board of Pro Kids Dieppe-Memramcook and do occasional volunteer work with the Boys and Girls Club of Riverview.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with questions, comments, or just to chat! I’d love to hear from you.
Ashley J. Robichaud
